I had great experience at Microsoft they helped me in a great manner exchanging my Xbox one s with a brand new and I got two copies of FIFA 17.

They offered me a free drink at the store when I was waiting for them to Finish the exchange process.

I love the Microsoft store and there service .

Hahaha. I went into the store last December looking for a pair of headphones for my brother. I found something I liked, and then went to go check out, and there was like 5 very eager to please guys. They were like, "Oh, are you here for the promotion? The wireless ones are on sale right now for the same price," and one of them proceeded to switch out the ones I got for those. And I was like, "Uhh, I'm just in here because I was looking for electronics and you guys were here."

And then after I paid, they were all like, "Byeee!" and I was on my way. No one else was in the store.

Glad to hear your store was packed though @Alexrat1996, and that you had a great experience.

At least your Xbox One is new. Now, hopefully no fan issues. Right Alex?

Do they sell monitors that show the blue screen of death more accurately? ;)

I miss my Xbox. Daughter wanted a PS4 and I don't play often enough to justify both.

Yes two copies the one that came with my original system that I installed to my MS account And a second copy.

Yes they have a ms shop they sell headphones , laptops ,Xbox one and games and VR at there shop and they also have Microsoft genius like Apple who fixes Microsoft products

Yes with less fan noise it's improved till I get the next console coming out next year
