Hi all
I use a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 when my Macbook Pro (2016) is docked. I have remapped some of the keys in System Preferences -> Keyboard. However, there are some key functions that do not work. For example, when I hit "end" on the keyboard, this performs a "page down".

I tried to download the drivers for this but as the keyboard is quite old, Microsoft doesn't appear to have updated the drivers as it's only for Mac OS 10.7 and I am running 10.15.3. https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-ca/d/natural-ergonomic-keyboard-4000

I like the keyboard layout and hence want to keep this old trusty keyboard. Does anyone have any solutions for this? Thanks in advance

but basically, the end key should scroll to the bottom, and home key should scroll to the top. To move the cursor to the top of bottom, use command up arrow and command down arrow

I can not testify to USB Overdrive but the photo below makes me want to support the project. I wish they had a trial version and then it would timeout after 90 days. At least then I would have the money, and know if I really wanted the application.

Now I gotta wait... Because no one wants to take from the little guy.

To the other readers out there, I however read the Microsoft threads on about several sites. It appears Microsoft will no longer support any 4000 series keyboards on any Mac OS later than 10.15.

Proof is here:

Dear Microsoft,

I know you do not know me. However I have been a fan of your accessories and production grade applications for both frontend and backend since I can remember back in DOS 6.2 and windows workgroup

I have my MCSE and I respect your business model. I would like however if you could do some sort of partnership with USB Overdrive as it appears they can offer a product; but they are unaware that $20 is a bit extreme for those of us without jobs and would like to utilize a masterpiece like the Microsoft Ergonomic 4000.

If you could pay 50% of the $20, I promise to continue to use your product and give good press on such an additive keyboard that I have had for over 16 years.

I have suffered from carpal tunnel and this keyboard relieves the pain and forces my hands in the correct position. My "E" key is worn off, but I memorized its location.

I do not have $20 at this moment and I do not wish to put pirated software on my highly dependable very reliable Mac OS X as I have heard of how people are unknowingly becoming Bitcoin miners, and experiencing overheating and all other unwanted annoyances due to "free software".
