In the attached screenshot, anyone know how Ciena (the company) is able to send an email in a way that has their logo shows up as an adjacent icon? The only person/company that has sent me an email with this kind of custom icon.

Probably set via the sending accounts office 365/Azure AD account information. We use 365/Azure at work and I can set an icon for mine instead of initials although I haven’t. Some colleagues have though. If you’re P-C is azure Ad connected it’s a doddle via windows 10 as well.
