I have a question: My girlfriend has a university email account which she accesses via Microsoft Outlook Web Access. Is there a way she can save the emails onto her mac in folders as you can do with mail?

Microsoft Entourage uses OWA to synchronise emails with the Exchange server, so she should be able to save all emails to local Entourage folders by setting it up to synch the Inbox/Sent Items etc. using the same username and password provided for OWA, then dragging and dropping emails she wishes to keep to the local folders.

All I have for her account is email address, username and password. I thought that Entourage needed more than that?

You can set it up to synchronise with just the name of the OWA server, the username and the password.

The only thing I can think off that will be missing is that unless the OWA server is also the LDAP server, she won't be able to access the Global Address List when sending e-mails, but that doesn't stop her using Entourage to locally store those mails she needs to carry around, and she will still be able to reply to those e-mail addresses that have already sent to her.

When I leave the domain blank it says that not all the information have been filled in?

the Domain

The letters used for the university's website should be a clue of the domain name.
If the website were vst.edu then that is likely to be the Domain.
At least that is true in the case of the grad school where I provide support.
