Microsoft Sidewinder Acting strangely with other game peripherals.

I have a Microsoft Sidewinder mouse. I love it for playing games. But it seems to have some tracking issues when my G35 headset and my G13 game pad are plugged in along with it.
I have the IntelliPoint software installed.
Does any one know of a way to fix this?
