The city of Cambridge MA has adopted an online permit process for all permits but I need to have Silverlight on my phone or IPad to use it. Is this something I can get for my phone or iPad Pro?
 
Silverlight is not supported on iOS devices. Supposedly there are work arounds but they're rather complex and invlolve using other apps. You can Google "Silverlight for iOS" and decide if you want to go that route.
