Would Microsoft Virtual PC 7.0 W/ Windows Xp Home work on my macbook pro. My friend had downloaded bookcamp and we tried to put xp onto his Macbook Pro but it didnt read nor recognize the disc. I then found this program at my college's bookstore and wondered if this would work better for my Macbook Pro. The system Requirements say that it needs Mac OS X v 10.2.8 or later to work. I think that it should work but I'm worried that if I buy it and it is too old of software and may not give me the correct performance. If someone could help me with this I would be very happy.

woudl i just have to buy an actual xp disc and download bootcamp

yes, or parallels. You need a non-upgrade edition XP Home or Pro with SP 2.

I recommend reading and following the instructions before you start.
