I bought this core i7 iMac about 2 months back. It suddenly would not boot, only show a blank white screen without the apple logo. I have a snow leopard install disc inside the disc drive and I can't get it out.

I have tried to restart the Mac and press the option key but no help. It's just show a blank white screen only. Any advise appreciated guys. I just make the full switch to mac recently.

Have you got any USB keyboard laying around? The Windows key is the equivalent of the Command/Apple key.

And as you have that bluetooth keyboard, can you test if it is working with another computer?

Tried another window keyboard, no help. I'm using apple wired keyboard. I can do the PRAM reset, but nothing else works.
