Middle click (3 finger click) on Lion ??

I've been using Middle click software. For those who don't know, it lets you Tap/Click with 3 fingers, to mimic a Middle click ( like on a Mouse wheel).

Its a big part of my Mac use, wanted to clarify, if it will work with Lion or if there is any existing, 3 click or a gesture that would conflict with it.

Or those with Lion, if they can try it that would be awesome.
