Is there an app that makes the iphone a mifi router (wireless tether multiple devices)? I understand that WinMo has such an app.

There was one available for a day or so in the App Store last year, before Apple / ATT pulled it. A few lucky people bought it right away.

So now, there's nothing unless you jailbreak.

I understand that WinMo has such an app.

That's because WinMo apps aren't controlled by a single company who apparently kills any apps that their USA carrier objects to.
