Is there a mifi app for iphone? mifi allows you to wirelessly tether your internet with several devices. WinMo has such an app..
 
There used to be. It was called NetShare and was offered for a very short period of time (perhaps only a couple of hours in total) in the App Store.

There are alternatives if you jailbreak your iPhone and purchase apps through Cydia. PDANet is one and there are others, I believe.
