Migrate more than one computer to new iMac?

Wondering if you can migrate more than one computer to a new iMac? I have an iMac G5 and a McaBook Pro. I just bought a new iMac and want to combine both computers on my new 750 gb hard drive.

I think you can migrate as many user accts. as you want to another machine.
