Migrated Aperture library - can I delete it?

I've migrated my Aperture library to Photos, and now have two libraries.

Before y'all shout at me, I know they are not taking up double the space (due to the use of hard links).

However, the space-management apps I use (e.g. Grandperspective and Apple's own) don't know that, and it's annoying me.

Provided I never want to use Aperture again, can I just delete the old library?

Sure... as long as you are sure everything made the trip into Photos, you can dump the Aperture library.

When I did the same thing, I kept the Aperture library for a couple months just to be sure everything was working okay in Photos.

For anyone else wondering the same thing, I have deleted the old aperture library and everything SEEMS to be fine.

There's lots of discussion in forums that it doesn't really save space, but for whatever reason I've gone from a Photos Library of 80GB and an Aperture library of 120GB to a single photos library of 80GB, so I do appear to have gained 40GB.

Like I say, I've checked a lot of older folders and can't identify anything missing, so I hope all's good.
