i have Air2 and an Android phone and I plan to get a new iPhone as soon as it's released. Is there some way to download all of the apps from my iPad to my iPhone and have them located in the same folders/ home screens with the login info already configured?

Thanks.

I think I've taken an iCloud backup of an iPhone and restored it on to an iPad. But I've never done the reverse.

Worth a try, at least. If that doesn't work I think you're out of luck. That's the only idea I can think of.

Yes, it should work if you restore your iPhone with the backup of the iPad. When you set up your iPhone, it should give you an option to restore from the iPad backup if it is on iCloud, then your phone will automatically download everything just like it is on the iPad.
