Migrating from Android. HELP!!!

I will be switching from Android back to iPhone. I really need help. What is the best way to transfer things, especially contacts and sms messages? Is it possible to set up Calendar as well?

I would just use the App "Move to iOS". If you are using Google Account for Calendar and Contacts you can also just add the account and is it as it is.

I believe that is incorrect.

I transferred from a Pixel 3a XL to my iPhone 11 Pro Max in February 2021 - using the Move to iOS app.

Here is a side by side comparison of SMS messages sent to my Pixel (left). You can see the last SMS sent was Feb. 26, 2021 at 09:44am. You can see the same message on my 11 Pro Max (right), PLUS all the SMS messages that were sent to my Pixel previously.



So, looks to me as if SMS transfers.
