Hoping for some help. I decided to move my icloud photo library to google photos back in November. Since then I have been struggling to get the whole library across. In particular, I am having trouble downloading the originals from icloud to iphoto.
I have 50,000 photos (about 415GB). I have enough space on my hardrive for the full library it just takes forever. I thought initially it was just my internet but that doesnt seem to be the case.
Can anyone suggest a workaround for this. The progress bar on iphoto was initally just doing everything really slowly (like 50/60 photos a day) but is now just stuck on "Downloading 30,645 Originals" and this is driving me crazy.
