Hello -- This (photo) is from Apple's Migration Assistant directions. Is the "Replace" instruction incorrect? Shouldn't the "Replace" option replace the old Mac's user account with the new Mac's one, not the other way around?? Thank you.

It’s correct. The account from the old Mac will replace the existing account on the new Mac.

The “old” Mac is the one you are migrating from. The “new” Mac is the one you are migrating to.

Thanks! So I assume that both the old Mac and the new Mac can be simultaneously signed in with the same acct number (as per above). Once new Mac has the old Mac's acct. number, will the old Mac's ICloud drive's files be accessible to the new Mac (because same acct number)? Thanks again!
