I love my strap, the only way to describe it is, the dog bo***cks. Although there's one huge draw back that's making me think about returning it and I want to know if others have the same issue.

I often run my hands through my head hair or hold my hands behind my head for stretching and often, quite a few strands of my hair get caught in the loops and it is actually really painful. This definitely can't be just me experiencing it? I am now having to adjust how I act, by not touching my head as I'm 'frightened' of getting the hair caught again.

Has anyone taken theirs back for the same issue? Other than that, I love the strap but it's becoming a problem and I'm not far off returning it.

Well I don't have the apple Milanese loop. But have had Milanese loops braclets on other watches.

Unfortunately this style of watch band has always been known to possibly pull hair. It is just the design that allows it. Basically of a lot of small holes in a metal band " or any band" will catch hairs.

I have a lot of hair on my arms.. That is one reason I don't use them..

Please, take yours back to the Genius Bar, and tell them of this "issue". Id love to know what they tell you. It's super important.

Does she keep your balls in her purse too?
Nah, but I put my phone in her purse when we go shopping. This way, I don't end up like all those guys who trail behind their women, staring at their phones and totally not paying any attention to what their partners like.

That my friend, is a good reply and please know my last comment was meant in jest. I probably should have added some mood lightening emoji.

Heh…

Actually, how I described it was the proverbial nail in the coffin for me deciding to wear the AW daily instead of my other watches. We had a shopping weekend, and the first day, I wore a regular watch, but ended up hanging onto my phone because of messaging with family over gift choices. Two days later, I wore my AW, and was able to park my phone in my wife's purse, staying connected to the outside world but better engaged with my wife as she shopped.

I still haven't figured out her tastes (not that I have a good fashion sense myself), but at least I'm taking part a lot more than before.

Tell ya what -- tell her the truth about the band catching on your hair, and suggest the Leather Loop instead. She'll probably prefer you to be happy with her gift even if it means changing to a different gift.

But I love the look of the Milanese loop. It's whether I want looks over practicality. That's also a fair point you raised. I have been trying to use my phone less in general. I hardly use it around the girlfriend as I want to give her my attention.

Shave your head.
