,If I try to watch clips of stuff it says I need a plug-in and it wants to send me to a windows web site can anyone help, I have a brand new macbook 2.2 and it tells me that the clips I'm trying to watch are of a mimi type and that I don't have that plug-in and the it refers me to a web for adobe acrabat reader. Ok when I try to download adobe it tells me I have things running in the background and I don't know how to shut the off nor do I know if safari is sending me to the correct place

Also, when I try to do stuff on the thing, when I'm somewhere and not at other places, it does not do nothing...
So, What exactly are you trying to play?, wich apps are you using?, what kind of computer you have? If you can be a little more specific, then we may be able to help.
