Currently I am on Minecraft Classic so I'm upgrading to Minecraft Beta while its 25% off. I clicked 'Purchase Minecraft' then methods of payments show up. When I click on PayPal the currency changes from the £ to €. I have United Kingdom selected. I am worried if I buy it in euros I will be charged for the conversion. Wil PayPal charge me conversion fees ? Thanks in advance :)

P.S- Sorry if this is the wrong subforum or website for that matter.:D

Mojang (Minecraft's company) is based in Stockholm, Sweden. They use euros there.
Maybe that's why you see euros at PayPal?

Sounds as expected. With the Euro down lately, not sure why would complain :p

Actually they use Swedish Krona in Stockholm, as does the rest of Sweden. :)

Presumably Mojang charges in Euros for some financial reason, likely because most of Europe does use Euros at this time and they may be able to get better rates/lower fees from their bank or whatever by using a bigger currency.
