Mini 2012 - Hard Drive Brand

Hi Guys

I Know the the base model comes with a 500GB HD and the i7 comes with a !TB hard disk but does anyone know what brand and model they are.

Also is there a limit on what size 2.5 inch drives you can fit I see western digital now make 2GB 2.5 inch drives however the are 15mm tall.
