See the screen shot. The right column should show percentages. It doesn't. I've tried force rebooting the iPad. Any other ideas?

I'd never timed it before, but it's been sitting there now for 25 minutes and the percentages are still blank. My iPhone XR shows the percentages instantly when I switch to that view.

I did try force quitting the Settings app. No joy.
 
I just checked my Mini 4 running 13.3.1 and the percentage shows up just fine

Have you tried doing a force-close of the settings? While I haven't had problems with settings, I have had other apps freeze up or act goofy until forcing them closed and restarting. On the few times that an alphas acted goofy it is when I haven't shut down or restarted my iPad in a while.
