It is Nano-SIM and I assume it should work for you.

I believe there is only one variant of iPad Mini 6. Bands are listed here - iPad mini - Technical Specifications - Apple (PH)

As long as the country support the bands mentioned, (or the bands supported in the country are therein supported by the device), shouldn't be an issue.
