Mini bill of materials?

Has anybody seen any calculations of Mini bill of materials today compared to when it was released?
After selling same model for 2 years has mini became the most profitable product for Apple for all times?
 
Not really. The CPU isn't made anymore. So either they have a large overstock of CPUs they bought high or they have been getting leftovers from Intel.
