So I upgraded my mac mini with a new HD and ram. When putting it back together the back (white plastic back pannel where it meets the aluminium of the case) are not flush - it is off by an 1/8 of an inch or so - but you can tell when looking at it - it appear that when I first put it back together I think I bent some on the clippping mechanism and now cannot get it to be flush.
This is cosmetic only and does not affect performance as far as I can tell.
Having built a few PC's I though the assembly and disassembly of the mini was challenging due to the tight tollarances of how it is put together.
Has anyone else had similar assembly or disassembly challenges?
