Mini Display Suggestion - Cam, Mic & Speakers?

Ordered a mac mini today for my parents. I love apple displays but just can't afford the price. Anyone have any suggestions for a relatively inexpensive monitor that can work out of the box?

Needs to have WebCam, Mic and Speakers (but could leave the speakers out if it is a deal breaker).

Thoughts & Suggestions?

Agreed - no speakers. They can just use there old logitechs. Im wondering about the webcam and mics. It seems reviews on built in webcams that are non apple are all over the place in experiences.
