I know it should be taken with a gran of salt, but the newest rumors tells that the future 27”+ iMac will come with a mini led display similar to the one in iPad Pro and the just released MacBook Pro. These displays have the totally same specs and even outperform the expensive Pro Display XDR with 2500 led zones compared to around 500.
Wouldn’t this make the current Pro Display XDR very unreasonable priced if we could expect the upcoming iMac to be priced around the same as the prior iMac Pro?
