Mini Mac not syn'ing

I have two Mac Mini running OS 10>10. The iCloud disk with the files is available on one but not the other. I'm sign into iCloud on both devices. What do I need to do access the files on both mini max. ....buzz

Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in System Preferences > iCloud.

I would sign out of iCloud on the Mac which isn't working and then sign back in, also have you got 2 stage authentication turned on?
