I just got my Mac Mini and have been using a cheap Nexxtech (Circuit City brand) USB keyboard until I find something more suitable. The keyboard works fine, but the problem is, after the computer goes to sleep and is awoken, the keyboard is no longer recognized. I have to unplug and plug the keyboard back in. This happends with all 4 usb ports and none of my other devices. Any way to prevent this?

Did your keyboard come with a CD "install"/driver disc? If not, look to the manufacturer's website to see about Mac/OS X/Leopard support info.

Otherwise, I guess that's just a minor hassle of "cheap" equipment...if you don't like Apple keyboards, I personally recommend Microsoft's ergonomic keyboard, which is Mac compatible (with software).

Good luck!
