Mini Question re: keyboard brightness

I am planning to buy a mini. I already have the new Apple aluminum keyboard. My question is: the keyboard has two keys for brightness up and down, I wonder if those keys will work on a mini connected to a brand new Dell display?

Anyone have a clue?

Nope, they'll only work with an Apple display.
