Mini Server + Thunderbolt Display ... Will this work if I'm running Windows 7/8?

Just curious if the Mini plays nice with the Thunderbolt Display if the operating system is Windows and not OS X?

Nothing against OS X, I just need Windows for several of my Engineering pet projects.
