Is there a specific button or key combination that can minimize a running fullscreen program like WoW... you know, like when I have to do a little "work" for a second? Thanks!

Try apple+h to hide, i think apple+m minimises but i'm not on my mac now to check.

apple + m will take it out of fullscreen into windowed mode, don't know about minimizing it though if its possible at all.

Apple-M switches between fullscreen and windowed mode. Once windowed I think you can hide it, but you can't minimize it.

this is one reason leopard is gonna be a big improvement. In his presentation in the spring Steve Jobs was switching between spaces and had full screen applications open, WOW was even open in one of the spaces. should be shipping sometime this month :)
