Minimum HW to run YT 1080p 60fps videos

Hi everyone,
both my Apple system (iMac late 2009 and Mac mini mid 2010) have Intel C2D with 256 MB GPU and both they stutter on YT 1080p 60fps videos.
What are the minimum requirements to run well these type of videos?

My old 2014 MBA air 11 inch i5 base model can run YouTube at 1080p without issue.

My 2012 MBP 13 is a dualcore i5, also no problems even up to 2k videos.
