Hey guys,
I just picked up a new Core 2 Duo MacBook yesterday. I seem to be having a weird display issue. The top of the screen seems to flicker ever so slightly when I reduce the brightness down to around or below 50%.
It's so minor, it's almostnot noticeable. It's not nearly as bad as the flicker you can see on some of those YouTube MacBook flicker videos. However, I've had a buddy of mine confirm that he can see it too.
I'm reluctant to return this unit because it is perfect in everyway--no dead pixels, super-quiet, low heat, etc. Perfect except, of course, for this issue.
Suggestions? Should I just consider sending it in for repair?
