Ok so I submitted a minor update to one of my apps over a week and a half ago, and it's still under review? To make it worse apple has already published the screenshots and description of the new one, so people are complaining that they haven't got what they paid for.

Is it normal for the update approval to take so long. The app itself was originally approved in 1 week!

I've found approval times to be quite random. My first app took two weeks to approve, then the first update took a week to go through and now the 2nd one just got approved after a week and a half :p Guess it depends on how busy they are!

It's been 2.5 weeks for the first version of my app (which was submitted by someone else). Seems like forever though.

I waited a week for a minor update to get approved, went into my app information, looked things over, didn't change a thing, hit save, and within 5 minutes I had an approval. Might be worth a try...
