Hi,

I have a problem with my MacBook Pro 15 2017 after it resumes from 'idle state' (aka I don't move the mouse for 5 seconds)

Safari:
after being in idle, when I try to scroll up or down, Safari lags for 1 second

Chrome:
when playing videos, for example youtube, the whole video lags for 1 second after moving the mouse or using touchpad

It seems to be a problem with the keyboard going in some kind of sleep mode (light turns off) after 5 seconds.
When I turn this behavior of in the keyboard settings, the problem is gone. BUT in exchange the Touch Bar never turns off again, which I think is even worse in terms of long livability and battery life.

Any one else having this kind of problem? This is really annoying especially in chrome.

If someone else is still having this problem, I figured it out now. It was caused by the Logitech software "Logitech Options" that I used with my Mx Master Mouse. Deleting this software removes the lag.
