I was disappointed that Apple had removed the "Find My Friend" widget and didn't replace it with a "Find My" widget.
But, in the Shortcuts app, on the Gallery page, near the top, you should see a "Shortcuts from Your Apps" section with recommendations including "Find (person)".
This seems to be a worthy replacement for the Find My Friends widget.
If there are any other missing features, you may want to check Shortcuts. Exporting to PDF (missing from the share menu) is now a shortcut. You can even add the shortcut to the share menu. Surprised I didn't think of this earlier.
