Just started using Google calendar since I’m prefer Google services.

I set some reminders on my desktop with specific times on Google calendar.

Since I missed a very important reminder I decided to look at all my other reminders I have set for the future and there’s a lot . There’s absolutely not 1 reminder that’s syncing from Google calendar to the native iPhone calendar app!!

I do have a couple of future events that have synced. But damn I missed this very important reminder and have many future ones that can’t be missed.

Anyone have this issue and what solution can be implemented?

Thanks!

Are these set up as events or reminders? Not sure Google reminders are supported by Apple's Calendar. Perhaps via the iOS Google Calendar app?

Events sync but reminders don’t. When I’m on desk top at work is when I set all my future reminders via Google calendar.

I just did a test and installed iOS google calendar app and reminders show up on the iOS Google calendar app but not the native iOS calendar app.

Your Reminders will sync to the Reminders app, not the Calendar app.

Ok I guess I can live with that.

If I put a reminder on Google calendar on my desk top how do I get the reminder to sync to the iOS native Reminders app?

Edit: so far doesn’t look like it’s possible.

I don't think Google reminders are supported by the native iOS apps (like Reminders or Calendar). You'd likely need to use a Google app (like Google Calendar) or another app that might support Google reminders.

Darn! Looks like I’ll have to use Google Calendar instead.
