iPhone Missed call badge issue

Hello guys.

Whenever someone leaves me a missed call and i open the Phone App the is a red badge on the recents list that notifies me of the call. But when i press the list and see the call the badge does not disappear. Only way it goes away is if i hard close the app and re open it. Is this a bug? Does it happen to anybody else?

Same thing happens to me. It's fairly inconsistent though - sometimes the badge will disappear but most times it doesn't.

Same problem here, it's like the mail issue moved over to the phone app with the latest update.

Hopefully 13.1.3 fixed this? It worked for one call today where the badge wasn't going away for me.
*edit* Nope, still messed up for me. Had a badge today that wouldn't go away by any means other than restarting the phone.
