iPhone 13 Pro.
Is there a provision for audible repeat alerts for "missed calls", as there is for "messages"? ?

No I don't think that exists on iPhones. Its a great idea though. I remember having a phone at one point that had that feature. I think apple just wants us to buy apple watches so we don't miss our notifications and calls lol.

This is my first "smart phone".
I know, I know......................
But my "old man flip phone" that became defunct in October (I had it for 12 years!) had that useful (to me) feature.

That’s a minor inconvenience. Just wait until you might discover (like I have occasionally) that some voicemails don’t download to your phone up to 8 days after they were left.
That’s always fun.

I don't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
AKA: That has nothing to do with my question.

Not directly- but it was a friendly warning of what might be in store with the phone.
You’re welcome!
That must be a really widespread problem. I see people mentioning it all over the place.
Why don't you check with your carrier to find out what the problem is there, instead of interrupting and hijacking somebody elses topic.
