Missing apps on WatchOS 5

Updated my wife's Apple Watch to WatchOS 5 today, and it's missing the walkie-talkie and podcast apps. She has a series 3, 38mm cellular version of the watch. Settings on both the phone app and the watch confirm OS 5.

Anyone else see this? Any ideas how to remedy?

Dis she uninstall FaceTime or Contacts from her iPhone? Walkie Talkie is FaceTime essentially.

Thanks. I tried this, to no avail.
BUT - when I got drastic and wiped the iPhone, and then set it up as new, it fixed the problem. Now she's got to download all her apps again, but all her data was synced to iCloud, so she's ok.
Problem resolved. Thanks again!
