Missing Apps!

I upgraded my jailbroken/unlocked phone to 2.1 over the weekend, and I have noticed that several of my aps, including Shazaam and Light Saber do not show up now. I've backed up and they show up in iTunes but not on the phone itself. When I try to re-download, it tells me I already have it installed. I tried deleting the copy from iTunes and then trying to install agin. It goes through the install process with no problem, then the app disappears. Has anyone had this problem and do you know how to resolve? Is it connected to the upgrade?

You need to delete your application cache file and reboot. Check this out.
