missing "battery usage" by apps

Noticed this the other day. Has anyone else battery usage by apps not showing?

iPhone 6 on iOS 11.0

Me too on 5s 11.02 and 7 Plus 11.1 Beta 2

not for me on my 6s

Same here on 8+ 11.0.2

updated to 11.0.2 and still doesn't show.
