Missing Dock Icons

Every since I upgraded to Catalina, several App Icons are missing from the dock (replaced by the standard default icon)

Has anyone else seen this? and what can be done to force them to be restored properly?

If they are 32-bit apps, they are missing because Catalina no longer support 32-bit.

They are not, everything is a 64bit app
The icons WERE there for the first few days after the upgrade

Then I suggest you remove the icons from the dock and simply re-add them.
