Missing features ios9

Anyone else with an iPad 3 missing out on most of the ios9 features. No split screen, no picture in picture video and no 6 figure passcode?

Everyone will be missing the first two but you should have the 6 digit passcode. According to the sticky thread at the top of the iOS 9 subforum that lists feature compatibility by device. Did you turn it on in settings -> passcode -> change passcode?

I take it those features don't work on the three, yee hah! Time to upgrade! Did do the change pass code thing, still on four digits. Not too big a deal. Thanks for the response

I have the Mini 3 . 6 digits passcodes work and so does PIP .
I thought the same for PIP when I first tested it with YouTube . But it does work with FaceTime and other videos .
The only missing feature is Split Screen
