Missing features...

I updated my iPhone 3gs last night to the iOS 5 and I am missing some of the key features from the update.
I am missing
1. Notification Center
2. iMessages
3. camera from lock screen.

How do I get these features?!

I updated iTunes to the latest version before I did the iOS update.

They will be there

Notification come up when you swipe down from the top of the screen

Imessages only appears when messaging somebody using IOS5

For the camera, lock your screen then double press the round home button - it will appear on the right

I just read another thread about the camera thing

On the notifications, I am receiving notifications, but they are appearing in the center of my screen...are you saying if I swipe from the top of the screen when they are on the center it will bring them up?

For the imessages thing, if I message someone thru the regular messages icon and they are on IOS5 THEN it will show imessages & I won't be charged for the message? Right now I'm using TextPlus because I have a very small messaging plan and was constantly going over.

for the icloud backup it is telling me i have approx 3 hours remaining. can i use other features of the phone while it's backing up or will that cancel the backup?

Thats correct re: iMessage - still waiting to try it myself!

With the notification thing I just swipe form the top of my screen and this makes the whole screen like a grey colour with the notifications on

you can check the settings in

settings/notifications

Any good?

yes you can as long as you stay on Wifi
