missing Files in Library?? helopppp

i wanted to fax via bluetooth and to set it up i need files and folders in

System>Library -> Frameworks -> ApplicationServices.framework -> Frameworks -> PrintCore.framework -> Resources -> English.lproj -> Fax.ppd

I seem to be missing applicationservices.framework

would anyone be kind enough to e-mail me @ ssj300@gmail.com a rar/zip/stuffit file of everything in applicationservices.framework?
