Just opened my iPhone 7 box and its missing a headphone jack adapter. Contacted Apple about this and they told me to report it stolen from UPS after 3 days. The box came sealed though.

Just in case, did you look on the back of the headphones? That's where it is located. Also, if it is not there, then it just got overlooked in QC. Why would anyone just steal the adapter and not the phone? That's just ridiculous. You should call Apple back and get a different rep. It's no skin off their nose to send you a $9.00 adapter.

Nothing behind the headphones, the slots where it supposed to be are still sealed. I could go to the store but Its about an hour away. Im trying to get them to send me one.
My wife's iphone 7 didn't come with the headphone adapter. Yes, we looked on the back of the earphone packaging. Anybody else not get theirs?
Looking at the way it is attached to the cardboard packaging, it seems possible it could fall out of the grooves as it being packaged into the box. I'll try over the online chat to get one sent to me.

Well, tried to get an adapter from the online chat. They said we needed to bring the phone into the apple store so they could look at the packaging and then exchange the phone, WTF? Apple is going down hill these days.
