Irrespective of what website it is as its happened on multiple. Buttons won't allow me to click, images will be missing. The tool bar inside my schools canvas website doesn't show the different buttons/tools but chrome shows them all just fine? ive turned content blockers off. Its infuriating! what gives?

Apple "turns off" features in the Safari app that they deem to call unsafe. Most of these features disable certain javascript functions and other code that makes sites look pretty. You could say that the website has lazy coding that could leak personal info. You can turn some of these features on in the Develop section in Safari. Honestly, I am not that hardcore in knowing what everything in the Develop tab means or does. I use Safari to surf the web and mess around. Chrome when it comes to serious business such that of school or work.

ALSO! You could be running an ad blocker that disables code that they think is Ad-like.
