Missing “Images” (gifs) in iMessage

After installing this latest Beta, only three Images show up when claiming in iMessage menu bar.
Anyone else have this issue? Or a fix?

Someone in another thread said it affects iOS 10 at the moment too. Sounds like a temporary server/backend issue.
